• If you are a purchaser of a property in a project we are managing settlements, we store your details to be able to effectively communicate with you on updates and news regarding the project.

If you visit our website, some of the information we collect about your visit to our website is not personal information because it does not reveal your identity. Information of this nature can include:

  • When you visit our website, we collect general information about your visit which may include your IP or MAC address, server address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you accessed, the information you downloaded and the type of Internet browser you used.
  • We may use this information in anonymous, aggregated form, for statistical purposes only, to assist us in improving the quality and usability of our website.

What happens if you do not provide the information?

If you are a purchaser, we will be unable to send you updates regarding information on the project you have purchased a property or properties and as such, you will not be alerted on key dates such as finalising finance or settlement related activities.

If you change your browser preferences to prevent use of our cookies, we will not be able to store and reference any of the non-personal information designed to be obtained by the cookie. However, your ability to enter and view our web site will be unaffected.

 

Why do we collect personal information from you and how do we use that information?

We collect information from you so that we can use it for our functions and activities which include emailing our newsletter to you. This is the only use we make of the information.

We will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise supply to any third party any personal information obtained from you without your consent.

Whilst we endeavour to provide a secure online environment, there are inherent risks associated with the transmission of information via the internet and no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We can’t warrant the security of any information you provide to us over the internet and you provide us with this information at your own risk.

We encourage you to play an important role in keeping your personal information secure, by maintaining the confidentiality of any personal details used on our website, including any passwords you use to access our website. It is your sole responsibility to maintain such confidentiality and we will not be liable for any damage, loss or expense suffered due to such disclosure by you.

 

Correcting and updating your profile?

If you are purchaser in a property project we are managing settlement services, you will have received an account activation email that allows you to access our secure purchaser portal where you can also update your profile and contact information.

Alternatively, you may gain access to information that we have collected from you by contacting us.

We will not charge you for responding to such a request (unless we incur reasonable costs in providing this information).
